BRAKE PAD TRIMMING INSTRUCTIONS IN FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS SECTION
This set-up is currently used on the www.StreetFighterz.com stunt bikes. This design will require the modification of your 4 piston brake pads. Due to the diameter of the rear wheel rotor no 4 piston caliper will fit completely on the rear rotor wear pattern so we recommend you trim your pads. The following front right Honda 4 piston brake calipers that will fit this bracket are the Honda F4, F4i, 929, 954 and 98-99 CBR 900's.

HONDA F4 / F4i BIG Rotor Kit FR/GSXR
Kit includes 1 dual bracket, 1 BIG Rotor, 1 80” steel braided brake line with hardware, 1 front right (throttle side) NISSIN 4 piston adapter bracket and 1 Suzuki dual piston caliper adapter bracket.
Required footbrake caliper –> Suzuki dual piston caliper. Hayabusa 99-07 all TL1000R/S, 01-03 GSXR 600/750, 1988-1992 GSXR 750/1100 and Katana models (Make sure that your caliper is the same as pictured in our photo) Note 01-02 GSXR 1000 gold caliper will also works for this application.

We all know by now that the NISSIN 4 piston is a phenomenal performing caliper when it comes to handbrake application but not everyone wants that much power for a footbrake so we have given you the choice to run a few different caliper configurations. Sorry for the minor inconvenience but Honda owners will not be able to run your OEM single piston foot caliper but on the plus side you can now run a dual or 4 piston caliper for your footbrake.

CBR 929/954 - Top Triple Tree
1. You can use your oem ignition lock and lock your handlebars to the left and right.
2. We installed stainless steel helicoils in the pinch bolt locations for extended life off the threads so no stripping them out after periodic fork maintenance.
3. If running clipons you can still use a GPR or Scotts no problem!
4. If you haven't noticed Vortex clip-ons are very popular among us stunters and before to use them you needed to lower your front-end if running them on top of your triple (not the case anymore!) No more worrying about your fender smashing into your radiator. (Note each triple will come with "2" aluminum machined plugs to fill the riser bolt hole locations when not using risers)
5. We sell "2" piece bracket set-up to run a damper to the front of the bike if your running dirt bike bars.
6. Running dirt bike bars not a problem! We designed our triple to go perfectly with TAG METAL 5mm plus risers no need to stack washers anymore these bad boys fit perfect!. (We will be selling Tag Metal products soon!)
7.The biggest benefit is dual usage!!! Yeah you can go from clipons to dirt bike bars without messing with another triple ours will do the trick!

CBR F4i/F4 owners with 929/954 Front End -Damper Bracket kit Honda CBR 929/954
We recommend using one designed to fit the 01-05 600/750 GSXRs lower triple mounting style. 929/954 owners if using your stock fairing stay you will need to remove the factory welded nuts to allow for our bracket to seat against the stay properly. This is easily accomplished using a dremel or ball file in a drill.
Rear Star Rotors
Everyone loves how they look, but lets be honest, your brakes are there for a reason! The funny thing is the design is what makes them stop better. When the low part of the Star Rotor, passes between the pads, it has a pocket of cool air that helps cool the pads. They are actually self cleaning, and self cooling! What makes our design more unique is the “Directional-Slotted” front rotors. The slots channel fresh/cool air between your pads and the rotor, so no gaseous boundary forms, and the slots constantly keep the pad surface new, this helps reduce pad “glazing”. Test show up to 30% more stopping power, that conventional designs.
Star Brake Rotors are made of laser cut, and parallel double disc ground 410 Stainless Steel. Our Front Full Floating Rotors have a center composed of aerospace 6061 Aluminum alloy (magnesium/silicon/titanium), with a T6 heat temper grade. Again thats all the technical stuff, what this means on the street/track is; Since they are laser cut, and parallel double disc ground, they have a stress free, perfectly flat surface, meaning a large contact patch from your pads to rotors. The higher the contact patch, the better the braking! The 410 Stainless steel, that they consist of has a melting point of just under 2800 degrees. It has good impact strength, and corrosion/scaling resistance up to 1200 degrees, so you can put them through the abuse. The 6061 Aluminum that makes up the center has a T6 temper grade, meaning its been heat treated, it also means the centers have a melting point of just under 1100 degrees!
